
Sweden's big value gap – and why reuse is part of the solution

Every year, Sweden loses enormous economic value due to current linear consumption patterns. The Circularity Gap Report (CGR) Value Gap: Sweden shows that around SEK 600 billion is lost annually when products are designed for a short lifespan, discarded prematurely and rarely reused or recycled. This corresponds to almost one-fifth of all potential economic value that could be created in the country.
